the location is fantastic, very near ginza and convenient for trains. the staff helped arrange luggage transport, that was super helpful.

The location was convenient. It was just a short walk to the subway station. i found the on-site provision store helpful for grabbing tea and coffee. the complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day seemed like a warm embrace. i appreciated the little perks throughout my stay.
the air conditioning was a bit loud and noticeable throughout the night.

just okay stay
tiny roomstained walls
the room was really tiny, and i barely had any space to move around. i had trouble opening my suitcase without bumping into things. plus, there were some stains on the walls i thought those should be cleaned. the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise and it really bothered me at night.

The hotel is close to two subway lines. I found it very easy to move around. The staff was very cute. The room was clean. If you fly into HND, take the direct train to Tacharacho station. The hotel is nearby.
The photographs online did not match my experience. My single room felt small. The bathtub looked basic. The air conditioning wasn't great, and the room was warm.

Excellent Stay Near the Station

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk to the station. A Family Mart is right next to the hotel entrance (super handy!). The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Our room was clean and modern. The bathroom was also nice with a bathtub.
The air conditioning unit made some noise during the night. It did disrupt my sleep somewhat. I hope they can check this soon.

I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening. The selection included a variety of treats and beverages (the coffee was good!). It was a welcome treat after a day of exploring the city.
